Tee Time Agent, LLC ("we," "us," or "our") operates the Tee Time Agent website and mobile application. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.
We collect the following information when you create an account and use our service:
Account Information: Email address, password (stored as a secure hash), full name
Profile Information: Zip code, phone number (optional), handicap index, GHIN number (optional)
Tee Time Preferences: Alert settings including dates, times, player count, regions, course preferences, and notification method
Booking History: Courses played, dates, times, and player count
Third-Party Booking Credentials: If you use our "Book for Me" feature, you may choose to link your accounts with third-party booking platforms (e.g., GolfNow, ForeUp, Chronogolf, Troon). Your credentials are encrypted using industry-standard AES-256 encryption before storage. We never store passwords in plain text, and credentials are used solely to book tee times on your behalf.
Chat Messages: Conversations with our golf concierge to provide personalized recommendations
Payment Information: Processed securely by Stripe, a PCI-DSS Level 1 certified payment processor. We never see, access, or store your credit card number, CVV, or full card details. Stripe handles all payment data directly.

Twilio — SMS notification delivery. Your phone number is shared with Twilio solely to deliver tee time alert messages you have opted in to. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP. See our SMS Terms for details.
Upstash — Job queue processing for tee time monitoring

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to any third party. Your data is shared only with the service providers listed above, and only to the extent necessary to provide our service.
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you request account deletion, we will remove your personal data within 48 hours. Anonymized, aggregated data (such as total course scans) may be retained for service improvement.
