Welcome to Tee Time Agent. By creating an account or using our service, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read them carefully.
Tee Time Agent is a tee time monitoring, alerting, and booking service operated by Tee Time Agent, LLC. We monitor golf course booking systems and notify you when tee times matching your preferences become available. With our "Book for Me" feature, we can also reserve tee times on your behalf using your linked booking platform accounts.
To use our service, you must create an account with a valid email address. You are responsible for:

Free Plan: 1 active alert at a time. 5 AI concierge messages per month. Access to core features including tee time alerts, SMS and email notifications, and match history.
Pro Plan ($4.99/month): Unlimited alerts. 50 AI concierge messages per month. Recurring alerts (weekly, bi-weekly, monthly). AI memory and personalized recommendations. Access to all Pro-tier AI tools including alert management, booking history, price trends, and course preferences.
Premium Plan ($9.99/month): Everything in Pro, plus unlimited AI concierge messages (powered by our most capable AI model). Full AI tool access including creating and modifying alerts, managing favorites, and finding group times through conversation.
During our beta period, all features across all tiers are available for free. We reserve the right to modify plan features and pricing with 30 days notice to existing subscribers.
Pro and Premium subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe. You may cancel at any time through your Profile settings. Upon cancellation, you retain access until the end of your current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial months.

Tee time data comes from third-party booking platforms. We are not responsible for errors or changes in their systems.
By providing your phone number and selecting SMS as a notification method, you expressly consent to receive automated text messages from Tee Time Agent, LLC regarding tee time availability alerts you have created.

Our golf concierge uses AI to provide recommendations based on your account data and preferences. AI-generated recommendations, analyses, and responses may be inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated. You should independently verify any information before relying on it. These recommendations are informational only and do not constitute professional advice.
Authorization to Act: By enabling "Book for Me," you expressly authorize Tee Time Agent, LLC to access third-party booking platforms using the credentials you provide and to submit reservations on your behalf based on the preferences, filters, and booking rules you have configured. Tee Time Agent acts solely as an automation service executing your instructions and is not responsible for decisions made by golf courses or booking platforms.
Credential Security: Your third-party booking platform credentials are encrypted with AES-256 encryption before storage. We never store passwords in plain text. Credentials are used solely to book tee times you explicitly request and are never shared with any party other than the booking platform they belong to.
No Prepayment Required: Most golf courses do not require prepayment at the time of booking. Payment is typically collected at the course on the day of play. Prepayment policies vary by course.
Automated Booking Risks: Automated booking may result in reservations being made before you have a chance to review them. Tee Time Agent is not responsible for duplicate reservations, overlapping bookings, configuration errors, or any booking that matches criteria you provided. You are responsible for reviewing and managing all reservations made on your behalf.
Course Fees and Cancellations: You are solely responsible for all fees, deposits, cancellation charges, no-show penalties, and any other costs imposed by golf courses or booking platforms. Tee Time Agent does not manage cancellations or modifications — you must handle those directly with the course or booking platform. Tee Time Agent does not assume liability for any such charges.
Booking Accuracy: While we make every effort to complete bookings as requested, we do not guarantee that every booking attempt will succeed. Tee times may become unavailable between the time you request a booking and when it is processed. If a booking fails, we will notify you promptly.
Your Responsibility: You are responsible for ensuring your linked account credentials are current and valid. You acknowledge that bookings made through "Book for Me" are subject to the terms and conditions of the respective booking platform and golf course.
All payment processing is handled by Stripe, a PCI-DSS Level 1 certified payment processor. When you add a payment method:
Tee Time Agent is an independent service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or operated by any golf course, booking platform, or other third-party provider unless expressly stated. References to third-party platforms are made solely for the purpose of describing our service's functionality.
All software, algorithms, data, designs, and content comprising the Tee Time Agent service are the exclusive property of Tee Time Agent, LLC and are protected by copyright, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws. All rights reserved.
You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or create derivative works from any part of our service, including but not limited to our software, APIs, data feeds, course databases, pricing data, or scraping technology.
The Tee Time Agent name, logo, and branding may not be used without prior written permission.
Content you create within the service (alerts, preferences, bookings) remains yours. However, by using the service, you grant Tee Time Agent, LLC a non-exclusive license to use anonymized and aggregated usage data to improve the service.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tee Time Agent, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or missed tee times, arising from your use of the service.
Our total liability for any claim arising from the service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may temporarily suspend the service for maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We will make reasonable efforts to provide advance notice of planned downtime.
You may delete your account at any time by contacting support. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or through the app at least 30 days before they take effect. Your continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the use of the service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Orange County, California, except where prohibited by law. Each party shall bear its own costs of arbitration. You agree that any arbitration shall be conducted on an individual basis and not as a class action or representative proceeding.
